Computer Drop-Off and Pick-Up Info

Shut it down. Check the cables. Turn it on.

Always try the above steps before calling us for support. We will ask if you did! For a number of reasons, your device (computer, printer, smart phone, tablet, smart TV, etc.) likes to be shut off and restarted. This clears memory, flushes cache, closes all running programs, as well as many other tasks, all of which may fix the problem you are having. Also, check that all the cables for your device or computer are plugged in securely.
